  1. 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  2. 1 tsp.  Ann-Marie's Jamaican Jerk Sauce
  3. 3 tbsp.  olive oil
  4. 2 tbsp.  honey
  5. Pinch of black pepper
  6. Place lid on jar and shake well

Ann-Marie's jerk sauce is not just for seasoning meats. Here is another great way to use it to make a quick and easy vinaigrette for a salad! 

Directions:

Salad

  • Peel and cut a large kohlrabi into sticks (you decide how thick you want to sticks to be)
  • Wash a medium-large size gala apple and cut it into sticks (you decide how thick you want to sticks to be)
  • Peel and thinly slice 1/4 of a red onion on the bias ("on the bias" means slice following the grain) 
  • Place all the above into a bowl and add an amount of vinaigrette to your preference (vinaigrette recipe below)
  • Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top (optional), after platting 

Vinaigrette

    In a jar add:

  1. 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  2. 1 tsp.  Ann-Marie's Jamaican Jerk Sauce
  3. 3 tbsp.  olive oil
  4. 2 tbsp.  honey
  5. Pinch of black pepper
  6. Place lid on jar and shake well
