As always, we're happy to offer different ways to use jerk sauce in preparing your daily meals. Here we have some delicious roasted vegetables that was seasoned with Ann-Marie's Jamaican Jerk Sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 large kohlrabi (peeled and cut into wedges)
- 1 mid-size red onion (peeled and cut in wedges)
- 1 package whole cremini mushrooms or portobello (cut in half)
- 2 tbsp. Ann-Marie's Jamaican Jerk Sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Pinch fresh thyme
- Pinch black pepper & salt to taste
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 °F- 375 °F
- Place vegetables in mid-size bowl
- Drizzle with the olive oil and sprinkle on the salt and black pepper. Make sure vegetables are coated with oil, salt & pepper
- Add Jerk sauce and evenly spread over the vegetables
- Sprinkle on thyme
- Place vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place sheet on middle rack in the ven and bake until golden brown
